Peter is a healthcare and technology attorney with deep expertise in healthcare, privacy, and information security. He brings extensive leadership experience across multiple sectors, having served in senior roles such as General Counsel at Aerojet Solutions and Global Lead Counsel at Accenture. In these positions, he led cybersecurity, privacy, and technology initiatives, advising on emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and telemedicine.

 

 

Peter has also held pivotal roles at UnitedHealth Group and CSRA Inc., where he provided strategic counsel on privacy, cybersecurity, government affairs, and clinical trials. He worked closely with company boards, guiding risk management, compliance efforts, and governance strategies. He served as a member of the Board for National Musical Arts Chamber Orchestra, Data Guardian Pros and Mitchel Hamline School of Law. Peter is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Private Director Association.

 

Peter holds a Master of Laws in International Law from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science from Ohio University. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (IAPP) and an inactive Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
